		<description>I've had similar problems with my viva-radio show, with mp3 playing too fast and too slow.  The problem was that my mp3s had "Variable Bit Rates" (VBR), but when I reconverted the same files without VBR, they played at the regular speed.  I  did it with itunes:  go to Preferences&#62;Advance&#62;Importing and then unclick the VBR button.  You might try it.  Either way, even at +8 speeds, this mix is fantastic!</description>
